Pinay in the Arts showcased the aesthetic talents of Pilipinas in the Bay Area. I was lucky enough to be one of them. A big thank you (and a high-five on her big forehead) to Bernie for inviting me. As one of the 2012 Pilipino Culture Night coordinators of SJSU(reserve April 27&28 for me!), I had to put Empire on hold this school year for another passion of mine. So being at an event where I can turn on the Empire grind meant a lot to me, considering it’s been a while since I have.

Everyone that stopped by the table! I’m incredibly appreciative of all the good feedback and support. My momma for stopping by to set-up the Project PEARLS table and my interns Kevin and Sharmaine for reppin’ it. Christopher for taking all the pictures and helping me all week prepare for the table (with patience lol). Again, Bernz and Isabelle for putting on a successful event.
